Hotel: The upcoming workshop will take place at Le Meridien, Stoneleigh in uptown Dallas. Hydrocephalus Association will take care of booking the rooms, so there's no need to contact the hotel to make reservations.

We are pleased to inform you that accommodations at Le Meridien, Stoneleigh hotel will be covered for the evenings of September 27th and 28th, 2023. If you wish to extend your stay, kindly inform us and we will assist you with the arrangements. Please note that our workshop venue is located at the Stoneleigh property and not at the Le Meridien Galleria.

Flights: There are two major airports in Dallas, DFW and DAL:

Dallas/Ft. Worth airport (DFW)- 19 miles from hotel
Dallas Love Field airport (DAL) - 4 miles from hotel. Smaller airport serving 3 airlines: Alaska, Southwest, Delta.

Travel Reimbursements: We will be able to cover hotel accommodations, incidental costs, as well as $450 for domestic flights/$650 for international flights. Save all of your receipts to submit after the workshop.
