Meet the Staff
As the CEO, Diana’s primary responsibility is the leadership and overall management of all aspects of HA’s operations — governance, administration, finance, and programs.
As the Regional WALK Development Manager, Mona is responsible for fast tracking all aspects of the WALK to End Hydrocephalus in Greater Dallas/Fort Worth, TX, Greater Houston, TX and Phoenix, AZ.
As the Education Manager, Jennifer oversees the creation and dissemination of educational and support materials and programs for our community, including our selection of publications and our scholarship programs.
As the Director of Finance and Accounting, Debbie is responsible for HA’s finances including forecasts, budgets, accounting, cash management, financial reporting and analysis.
As the Director of Special Events, Randi is responsible for recruiting, training and providing ongoing support for HA’s volunteer WALK Chairs as well as working with volunteers coordinating a wide variety of other fundraising events across the United States.
As the Director of Communications and Marketing, Amanda is responsible for the development, management, administration and implementation of all aspects of communications and marketing for the Hydrocephalus Association (HA).
As a Special Events Manager for the WALKS & Special Events program, Johnathan supports volunteer Chairs to ensure the
implementation of fundraising strategies and execution of events.
As the Regional WALK Development Manager, Memory is responsible for fast tracking the expansion, in both human and financial capital, of the WALK to End Hydrocephalus in New York City, NY, Boston, MA, and Chicago, IL.
As the Director of Research Programs, Jenna is responsible for planning, managing, implementing, and evaluating all aspects of a research program for the Hydrocephalus Association.
As the Associate Director of Development, Patrick manages key fundraising programs including direct mail. He supports HA’s fundraising efforts with corporate and foundation relations, planned giving and a portfolio of major donors.
As the Director of Development, Aisha is responsible for increasing funds for programs, research, and advocacy, with a specific emphasis on diversifying, increasing, and sustaining support from individuals, corporations and foundations.
As the Communications and Social Media Coordinator, Ines oversees all Social Media and outbound Communications from the association.
As the Database and Donor Relations Manager, Marisol is responsible of maintaining HA’s constituent relationship database.
As the Director of Support and Education, David is responsible for developing/creating, planning, managing, implementing and evaluating all aspects of broad constituent support and education programs.
As the Development Manager, Gina serves as part of HA’s talented fundraising team. She specializes in targeted prospect research to drive relationships and revenue.
As a Special Events Manager for the WALKS & Special Events program, Marina supports volunteer Chairs to ensure the
implementation of fundraising strategies and execution of events. She has several years of experience in event management and program coordination.
As the Support Programs Manager, Megeen’s responsibilities include supporting the coordination, growth and support of our more than 40 community networks and our Teens Take Charge program.
As the Advocacy and Community Engagement Manager, Tenásha is responsible for planning, managing, implementing and evaluating all aspects of an on-going and comprehensive advocacy program.
Max supports the Special Events staff, working to ensure the WALKS and other events are properly planned and executed as smoothly as possible.
