Kipp Coco

Board Member Since 2023

Kipp Coco has worked for Walmart for over 17 years; he is currently the Senior Manager, Process Improvement at Sam’s Club. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain and a Master’s degree in Operations Management from the University of Arkansas (Go Hogs!). He lives in Bentonville, Arkansas with his beautiful wife Amanda, son Jack, daughter Emma, and dog Trooper. Outside of work he chairs the Arkansas Walk to End Hydrocephalus, coaches youth sports, teaches youth class at Church, and enjoys a variety of active pastimes.

His daughter, Emma, was diagnosed with hydrocephalus in utero and other neurological abnormalities after birth. Emma, now 10, had a shunt placed at Arkansas Children’s Hospital at three weeks old. After 4.5 years her shunt broke requiring a revision. Inspired by Emma’s journey, Kipp brought a Walk to End Hydrocephalus to Arkansas and has served as the Walk Chair for eight years. The Walks have been successful due to the support of the local community, volunteers, and supportive family members. Kipp is committed to the Hydrocephalus Association’s mission of finding a cure for hydrocephalus and improving the lives of those affected.
