“I am very excited about joining the good work of the Hydrocephalus Association. When I first learned of the growing number of individuals diagnosed and enduring multiple brain surgeries as the only form of treatment, I was stunned. I’m hoping to ensure no stone is left unturned and that the agency is well positioned to pursue all opportunities to bring an end to hydrocephalus.” – Aisha Heath, CFRE
Having endured a number of health challenges as a young adult, Ms. Heath is passionate about serving as a voice and supporting those suffering from chronic diseases. She is a native of Kansas City, MO, and enjoys volunteering, traveling and dining with friends. Ms. Heath attended the 2012 National Conference on Hydrocephalus and looks forward to meeting more of the HA community in the months to come.
