Thursday is a National DAY OF ACTION to support the National Institutes of Health (NIH). A group of hydrocephalus advocates will be on Capitol Hill tomorrow taking part in the Rally for Medical Research. They are joining over 300 delegates representing a spectrum of health conditions to convey messages of support for the bi-partisan proposed $2 billion increase for NIH in Fiscal Year 2017.
