As a certified business strategy advisor and professional coach, Teresa advises executives on business future and strategic planning, with an emphasis on business development processes and business capture. She also coaches emerging leaders, working mothers and senior executives in transition to continue their professional career progression. She is credentialed as an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation. Prior to beginning her own coaching business, Teresa served as a senior executive for global professional services firms including Deloitte and Cardno, providing services in mutual cooperation and development assistance to improve people’s lives through the growth of the private sector.

Teresa’s cousin, Gerard Swartz Fudge, is the son of  HA founders, Russell and Emily Fudge, bringing a close personal connection to her work with the association. She plans to direct her affection for family as well as her business acumen to expanding HA’s support, education, advocacy and research activities with a focus on continued sound governance. She is an active volunteer in her personal life and enjoys contributing time and services to her community, schools, and church. She is the mother of three adolescent children.
