GOAL: Investigate the Disease Progression of Post-Infectious Hydrocephalus

Overview:

Dr. Joanne Conover is an Associate Professor at the University of Connecticut. The research of Dr. Conover is focused on the cellular changes which occur during the development of postinfectious hydrocephalus. In her study, Post-infectious hydrocephalus: Developmental sensitivities based on stem cell niche and ependymal lining status, Dr. Conover will determine the cellular changes that occur along the lining of the ventricles which results in ventricle expansion.
