PROJECT TITLE: Cross-sectional evaluation of transition readiness in the interdisciplinary spina bifida clinic

Elizabeth (EB) Kuhn graduated from Wake Forest School of Medicine after completing her undergraduate studies at Duke University. Throughout medical school and residency, she has been active in clinical neurosurgery research, with interests in. general and pediatric neurosurgery. She was selected as the first resident to the serve on the UAB Hospital Patient Safety Committee and has also represented the neurosurgery residency program on the House Staff Council. She also engages regularly with the local AMWA Chapter and organizing events to promote women in medicine and surgery.  Outside of her professional activities, she enjoys running, reading, water- and snow-skiing, and hiking with her family.
