Pharmacokinetic and Pharmacodynamic Characterization of a Novel Pharmacotherapy for the Treatment of Hydrocephalus

Dr. Bonnie Blazer-Yost is a professor of Biology at the Indiana Unviersity-Purdue University and is exploring the feasibility of SGK1 inhibitor as a potential target in the treatment of hydrocephalus. SGK1 is a protein involved in many pathways related to hydrocephalus pathophysiology. These studies could lead to the production of a clinical pharmaceutical intervention for hydrocephalus.
