United Way
To give through the United Way, ask your Human Resources Department for a pledge form. Even though the Hydrocephalus Association is not a member of the United Way, simply write “Hydrocephalus Association” under the "Donor Option" category.
Combined Federal Campaign
Federal and state employees can make a donation to the Hydrocephalus Association through the CFC—the nation's largest workplace charity campaign for federal employees. Simply designate the Hydrocephalus Association on your 2008 pledge card using code #10066.
Matching Gifts
Remember that many employers will match your personal donation to the Hydrocephalus Association. Check with your company for more information about its matching gift program. The Hydrocephalus Association is a nonprofit 501 c (3) organization, with Federal ID #94-3000301.
