Paul Gross is between commercial jobs at this time and focusing his efforts on various not for profit efforts since winding down his web startup – Sampa. Prior to becoming the CEO of Sampa, Mr. Gross was a Senior Vice President with the Microsoft Corporation and with Borland International. In addition to his work as a software executive, he is a very active venture philanthropist who has worked in education and medical research. He is Chairman of the Hydrocephalus Association, the co-founder of the Hydrocephalus Clinical Research Network (www.hcrn.org) , the founder of MX for Children (www.mxforchildren.org), and the founder of PH144 Ventures LLC which is doing research and development of novel shunt technology, and a partner in Social Venture Partners. In his personal life, he is married to Lori Poliski, is the father of two children – one of whom has hydrocephalus, and is an avid Ultimate Frisbee player and mountain biker.
Raymond Moser is a founding partner of Moser IP Law Group in New Jersey. Ray graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology with a B.E.E., and from Santa Clara University with an M.S.E.E. as well as his JD. His practice focuses on Intellectual Property, Patent, Trademark, Copyright and Computer Law. In addition to giving his time and resources to the HA Association Board, Ray supports and is involved in other philanthropic organizations, the arts, the American Cancer Society and the Family Resource Network.
Craig Brown is a principal owner and president of the Greenville Drive, the Class-A minor league affiliate of the Boston Red Sox. As the team’s president, he oversees the day-to-day operations of the organization and has spent the past 4 years planning and coordinating the construction of the team’s award winning stadium, as well as leading the Drive through its initial three seasons.
Craig Brown is also the President and CEO of Keelers Ridge Associates, a private equity and consulting firm that is engaged in investment and entrepreneurial activities involving sports, technology, and marketing. He is a shareholder, Board member and/or consultant for companies involved in social networking, (Blowtorch Entertainment), mobile marketing (M Foundry), publishing (Guideposts) and sports (Baseball Factory).
